Starting from the spacious parking lot, the friendly and helpful receptionist service, the complete facilities, there are aesthetic art paintings in every hallway, the cleanliness of the room is ok, the room is spacious, just happened to get one without windows yesterday, for the gym facilities are also quite ok and complete but access is a bit difficult because it is on the 2nd floor where the hallway is locked (so you need a 2nd floor access card that can be requested at the receptionist first if the hallway is locked), the wifi is smooth, there is a dispenser if you want hot water and water refills, for breakfast food is varied and delicious. Overall good and recommended.

Amazing… a very nice hotel, clean and fragrant rooms, clean and fragrant towels too. The most important thing is the friendliness of all the front office, very friendly, would give a score of 100 if possible. Breakfast is available, gym is available, hot water is okay, comfortable atmosphere, will book this hotel again if I go to Samarinda

It seems like there's some collusion between the cleaning staff and the hotel lobby. The sheets I changed in my room had blood stains, deliberately placed at my feet and covered by the blanket, so I didn't notice. Upon check-out, I was charged even though the stain wasn't mine. The breakfast was also subpar. The menu lacked variety, and the side dishes were left unfilled. Very disappointing.

The room is clean and very large for a 3-star hotel, the room facilities are also okay, there is a smart TV and a hair dryer in each room, the hot water is very smooth... Not to mention in the corridor leading to the room there are aesthetic paintings... When I booked, I got a price of around 350, it was very worth it to stay here at that price.

There is no water heater, the check-in and checkout time is also fast, access to the hotel is actually very easy, but I was a bit surprised because when I arrived in front of the hotel, it turned out to be flooded after the rain... otherwise, it's still okay.

The restaurant service during breakfast was poor, the food selection was poor, towels had to be requested, and the sheets had black stains. Fortunately, the room was spacious, which made up for the inconvenience.
