the sheet and the pillow is clean and nice smell.
The hotel room interior design is good but look old, some lights don't work.
During the check-in, the staff infront a bit ignorance. No body help us to carry the luggage. once we are at the reception then they came and offered trolly.

The most comfortable hotel in Pontianak city, the staff and employees are all friendly in my opinion🙏🏻, but sometimes you get a room where the AC is not cold enough, that's the only thing that needs to be fixed, the rest is okay👍🏻

Just parked the motorbike, left to check in and went to the room in less than 15 minutes, when I returned to the parking lot the helmet was gone. Amazing.

Just parked the motorbike, left to check in and went to the room in less than 15 minutes, when I returned to the parking lot the helmet was gone. Amazing.
