The room is clean and smells very nice and comfortable for writing a thesis.

Amenities other than soap and shampoo are not provided, you have to request first. At 7 o'clock housekeeping was already buzzing asking what time the room would be cleaned. Hot water does not work and when the complaint is justified the next day. Until 11 o'clock the next day there was no water, and when they asked about late check out because they couldn't take a shower and so on, they only gave it until 13 o'clock.

Random banget pengen nginep di sini lagi udah kunjungan ke 3 kesini karena senyaman itu walaupun kamar kecil its oke, mendadak juga pesen nya, AC central ya super dingin kalau malam. Kalau siang ga usah tanya karena cuaca di luar panas dan cuaca Bandung gak sedingin dulu 😅pas dateng kesini kirain tuh benar check-in sesuai jadwal aplikasi jam 15.00 kena zonk dong jam 1 juga boleh kan standar hotel jam segitu, check mudah dan butuh deposit 100 kalua gak ada ga papa jaminan KTP or SIM nya disimpen direceptionist, dapet kamar lumayanlah sesuai harga yang penting nyaman gak berisik, kedap suara, bersih banget dan ada hair dryer juga di bathroom. Dapet alat mandi buat 1 people kebetulan emang jarang pake alat mandi hotel selalu bawa sendiri walaupun hotel mahal juga 😂, tv oke gak walaupun gak banyak channel, air minum isi ulang sepuasnya karena mungkin biar customer puas minum, kamar mandi juga bersih, dari kamar gak kedengeran bising apapun, wifi juga kenceng buat kerja, they have rooftops tapi udah gak ada lagi karena serem kali yaa, masuk hotel ini pas weekdays berasa juga sepi ya karena jarang nginep pas weekdays kali ya, parkiran juga luas + security ramah banget mau bantu parkirin gak cuma diem aja, check out harus ontime jam 12.00. Gak ada juga customer yang lalu lalang di hotel ini saya liat. Berasa hotel sendiri😁 dah segitu aja cerita dari saya🙂overall oke 👌kalau mendadak ke Bandung bingung mau nginep dimana ini recommended banget harga juga gak terlalu mahal standar kamar aja disesuaikan budget lokasi strategis near from mall. Cukup nyaman menginap kembali di hotel ini.

Pas masuk bau apek. Setiap check-in sprei selalu kotor. Padahal saya ini repeater. Gula, sabun, sampo, sendal harus selalu minta, capek banget kalau misalkan kayak gitu terus. Males jadinya. Kadang teleponnya gak diangkat angkat. Aduh capek deh, males kalau nginep lagi di sana

Kondisi kamar tidur dan kamar mandi sangat kotor dan berdebu. Seperti sudah berhari-hari tidak dibersihkan.

OK stay fot the price. They have premium bathroom appliances. The service is OK as well.

The location is good, but the cleanliness not good enough, the white bedsheet, and blanket looked yellowish, and had a lot of small dirt spots on the bedsheet and blankets, if the cleanliness can improve it will be a nice hotel to stay.

- The toilet seat and bowl was dirty.- The shower was not working properly when we switch from hand shower to upper shower and vice versa.- Some of the lightings are not working (at windows and wall)- Jet washer was leak and water dripping until the mat was so wet, even though already asked them to fix but he only mentions that it 's only dripping and the jet washer is still working. We've asked to provide 2 floor mats to change the wet one but what we got is 2 small hand towels.- Air conditioning was not working properly. The engineer said it would be cold after half an hour but it was still hot even throughout the night until morning we check out. We booked 2 rooms with connecting door and we notice that the other room was cold even before half an hour. The room temperature remained 28.6 degrees throughout our stay.

The price is very commensurate with the service.
