Our stay here was pleasant. We had the cottage room, the room has water dispenser, a king size bed, spacious bathroom with bathup, and shower. Breakfast selections is quite a lot, but they were okay, staffs were helpful and nice.

Nice, spacious hotel with lots of greenery and children activities. Small playground. Tree house. Pond. Green outdoor 'amphitheater'Spacious grassland for your children to run around. On Saturday and Sunday, the hotel staff will bring your children to visit their farm animals for free (other time have to pay 25.000 per person, if I'm not mistaken, price is higher on Sat & Sun). You can enjoy breakfast without your children for an hour! Hotel is connected to an outdoor cafe called "Ruang Lapang". Nice place to see small bonfire and you can order corn or marshmellow to BBQ. Downside of this hotel is, no aircon in the room. So when you just come back from outside when its scorching hot, you can't get that cold air. Its cold at night, but you need to keep the room window open so it won't be stuffy. We were in Deluxe room with 1 King & 1 single bed, this room is facing the grassland and comes with Water Dispencer, balcony with small table and 2 chairs.

The resort is great has lots of amenities and very children friendly. The only feedback is the way they advertise the room size for a type of room, specifically for Family Room it has wide range of size for the same price and on 1st night we were given the smallest one without confirming first. It was so small which made it cramped for our requirement, we had to complain and the hotel staff was able to be move us to bigger sized room for 2nd night.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, now there are more play areas for children. Very kids friendly. While staying yesterday there were many families with toddlers. So it's even more exciting. Stay in the Cottage, the room is clean, the bathroom is spacious. Previously, I got a room with a bathtub and shower in one place, but thank God I was able to move to a room with a separate standing shower, thanks to Irsyad who was quick to respond in providing a solution. Breakfast is now more varied than in 2017. It tastes good too. First choice hotel if you go to Lembang.

The rooms are okay even though there is no air conditioning but it is guaranteed to be cool during the day and really cold nights. Plus the room TV has Netflix and YouTube 👍 the breakfast is okay too.
