Comfortable. Clean. Friendly service. Check in at 2 am, the staff is still enthusiastic. Maybe next breakfast menu can be added. Thank you.

Strategic location. The staff is friendly and responsive to serve. The public area on the 2nd floor is not smoke free so it is disturbing for other guests.

The choice of family room which has a very wide room is quite satisfying, the hotel has an old feel but is still attractive because the interior design of the garden in the hotel on each floor is designed with an old classic feel. It's quite comfortable to live here.

The hotel location is strategic, the receptionist is kind and quick to respond but unfortunately the hotel looks poorly maintained, the rooms are dirty, various room facilities are damaged or not functioning properly.

Disappointed, it doesn't match the reviews on the application. Dirty, dirty and dusty when you check in. I ordered deluxe, just like this, like a boarding house
