The hotel is dirty , from the entrance going to the room there is a bunch of dirty sheet and towel and is smell bad, and the bathroom were so dirty , and the flush doesn’t work

The staff was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the toilet was really dirty, as if it hadn't been cleaned, and there was dirt everywhere on the toilet floor when I first checked in.

Here for the 2nd time, this time got a room that was not as neat as the first stay. The window could not be locked so it was slightly open. In the bathroom found cigarette wrapper trash, the water from the sink tap came out very small and the sink was also not cleaned. The rest is all good, both from the friendliness of the staff and the quiet hotel atmosphere so it is comfortable to rest.
