The mattress is not suitable, there are lots of mites and bed bugs, it makes me itchy, even when I move to another room it is also not suitable for living in, the bed is dirty, the rain leaks causing flooding. When I came home from there I was itchy

Please clean the room before giving it to the customer and please clean the mattress, it smells really bad and is really dirty, the AC doesn't even feel cold.

It's okay even though the AC keeps turning off and on for no apparent reason, the staff is quick to help when asked. The point is you get what you pay for, but not all rooms are like that. The previous room had a fully cold AC, just a matter of luck.

The cleanliness is quite good, only the mattress is not comfortable because the iron is thin and itchy, it's time to replace it. The AC is cold, the TV doesn't turn on, it needs to be considered for future hotel management.

The staff is very unfriendly and uncooperative, the hotel is not at all decent. The lights are out. There is no aqua, toiletries etc. The mattress smells musty and used by someone. Highly not recommended.

The bathroom sink leaked, there was no hot water, only 1 towel, no free toothpaste, soap, etc., the room door was difficult to open, the AC was not cold, the room was not very clean, I chose to check out and move because my wife was afraid to stay overnight.
