Hotel Surya Baru on 11-12 August 2018 was very disappointing. All hotel rooms have no water. Bold receptionist, before check-out time has been called, 5-star hotel is also free, if more hours also just pay. Water is dead from the beginning of check-in until check-out. Explanation of the hotel that the hotel is under renovation, why do you accept guests? Already paid so disappointed, especially check-in is late, tired looking for another hotel. Many hotels are also damaged, there is no water, ask for a deposit, 5-star hotels do not use a deposit.

Great hotel, great location, great parking space, comfy rooms, beds okay. An old hotel in general, but still comfortable and worth the price. Has a bathtub. Overall, recommended.

Like human being, Hotel Surya Baru is my old friend. Our friendship started back in 1995. For good or bad or even worse, he is my friend. Others cannot judge our relationship. Staying there, just like living in my own mother's house. Everything is taken care.
