The rooms are very dirty, thick lumps of dust accumulate everywhere, in the room there are at least 5 lizards and their dirt sticks everywhere. The furniture and even the doors are not maintained, full of dust, and the walls are full of stains. The bottom of the pool is full of dirt and moss. This is the dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The room door was broken, couldn't be locked from the inside. Not enough disappointment over the cleanliness of the hotel, at 6 am we were woken up by a very loud sound from a group company gathering doing morning exercises so that it woke up other guests. The hotel should have informed other guests that there would be a commotion or prevented the event from taking place loudly at 6 am. We as guests felt totally unappreciated. I tried to contact the hotel for this noise but there were no staff on standby at the reception. It seems that the hotel management doesn't care about reviews/feedback from guests because I have seen that feedback about the dirty condition of the hotel has often been conveyed. When I checked out, I conveyed my complaints and disappointments about the loud noise in the morning to the staff on duty at the reception. The staff response only answered, yes, this morning there was a gymnastics event, without any small talk, sorry or any form of sympathy for my complaint. The hotel price is expensive for Singkawang standards but the service provided is really a minus. It is not recommended to stay at this hotel if this is the standard of service provided by the hotel and the rooms provided to guests are no better than a warehouse.

Not according to 4-star standards, only 2 pillows per room, asked for additional pillows, got charged, luckily didn't add more, given free of charge also couldn't sleep, pillows were dirty, pillowcases weren't long enough, didn't close, disgusting, bed cover had big yellow stains, ask to exchange the same room with twin beds, ask for a 50% charge from the room price, sorry my review is a bit rough, but according to the circumstances, disappointing, breakfast, not good.

Pantainya lumayan bersih, fasilitas juga lumayan lengkap, hanya saja sinyal hp di sana lemah dan wifinya dibatasi hanya buat 2 hp. Kolam renangnya kurang dalam, hanya cocok buat anak-anak dan sayangnya bisa dipakai juga buat pengunjung yang bukan tamu hotel. Sarapannya biasa saja, kurang variatif, bagi yang ingin menambah jatah sarapan bayar 80 rb.

Tempat bagus, view bagus, saya nginap 2 malam dan kebetulan kulkasnya tidak dingin akhirnya di gantikan dengan unit satunya. Terima kasih. Hanya saja untuk makanan di restonya, saya pesen ayam bakar bumbunya tidak terasa dan hambar malahan, lalu temen saya pesen ayam kremes keasinan, sambalnya asin, cemilan untuk yang starter kalo gak salah saya pilih ayam apa gitu itu juga asin, sayur asemnya kepedasan dan nangkanya kelat. Saran buat kokinya aja sih, mohon di perhatikan lagi masakannya. Sayur asemnya mungkin bisa ubah menu, karena untuk rasa asemnya sendiri itu juga kurang pas, lebih ke pedas. Saya komentari ini karena resort ini kalau malam apalagi yang berangkatnya kayak saya tidak bawa kendaraan pribadi mau tadi mau cari makan di resto karena grabfood juga tidak sampai di sini karena masuk dalam lagi. Untuk hotel mungkin bisa sediakan fasilitas sewa motor. Terima kasih.

Nyaman hotelnya, hanya karyawannya kurang ramah. Tidak ada yang mengantarkan barang bawaan ke kamar, padahal jarak ke kamar jauh. Makanannya tidak hangat.
