I checked in at the Kumbokarno Hotel on October 3, 2025, at 11:50 PM WIB. The reception was very friendly, and I received a welcome drink of mango and avocado juice, packaged in elegant small bottles with a delicious taste. At that hour, the staff, dressed in neat uniforms, politely escorted me to my room, opened the door, ensured all the facilities were working, and then invited me to rest. The Wi-Fi signal was strong, and the TV provided the freedom to choose what I wanted to watch.
I chose the breakfast package, which offered a simple but delicious menu and fresh food. The restroom was spacious and clean, with no unpleasant odors.
Upon check-out, I was greeted with friendly service. Overall, I was very satisfied. For the affordable price, I received excellent service.

The location is close to the station and the Malioboro area. Pharmacies, restaurants, and souvenir shops are all nearby, and motorbike rentals are easy to find. The rooms are clean, there's a prayer room, and it's close to the mosque. It was a truly memorable stay. Thank you to all the staff for their excellent service.

Old hotel, but this hotel can be an alternative place to stay because the price is cheap, the toilet is clean and there is a water heater, especially the road to Malioboro is only a 2-minute walk.

The room was clean. I initially booked a deluxe room on the 3rd floor. I tried negotiating and asked for one on the 1st floor, but thankfully, there was a deluxe room available 🙂. It's close to Malioboro, and there are plenty of places to eat.

The hotel is okay, you get 2 drinks, the staff is friendly, the facilities are good, the AC is cool, the TV is on, the staff is always on standby to accompany customers to their rooms, and they also carry their suitcases.
