On one hand I understand we were your first guests and on the other I feel completely ripped off and disapointed. I think it's important at least for me to share with you my thoughts about our stay so that going forward you can offer a better service. Considering we were your first guests, you should have been there to greet us and to guide your staff to make sure he was doing things correctly. Instead you left us with one guy who speaks very little English and is new to that type of work. He was always there watching us and waiting which made things very uncomfortable. You need to repair the plumbing in the bathroom as the sink is blocked and so is the shower drain. I assume the shower drain is connected to the sewer because the most disgusting sulphur smell comes up from the drain when the shower is in use. We only used the shower once and instead chose to rinse off in the pool. We had no protection or guidance from you or the staff member when a woman crashed her scooter into my stationary bike and the local people scammed us out of 2,000,000 rupiah nor did you follow up with us to see if things went OK. You told us to go with these people and they took us to their house where someone tried to attack me with a machete. After all of that we were locked out of the property for over an hour which is completely unacceptable. When your staff member took us to get the tyre repaired he didn't help us get a good price and he let the guys at the mechanic rip us off. I know for a fact a tyre should cost around 130,000 and we were charged 230,000. Your place has potential but without the proper atmosphere it is nothing. We weren't given any tips or suggestions on what to do and see in the area so we basically came there, got ripped off by you and the local people and left as fast as we could. After that experience there is no way I would ever venture to northern Bali again. I guess the good thing is that you can only get better.

Food is only yellow rice and chicken with only a few serving of 5 spoonfuls, satisfying guard service. Clean rooms clean environment clean bathrooms. amenity only bar soap.

WiFi is not dedicated. Hopefully in the future you can use indihome at a minimum.
