Suggestions for the Owner: Hopefully, the room facilities can be upgraded. And the receptionist should be more responsive to incoming calls or WhatsApp messages.

On the morning of August 5th, I left the key with the receptionist and asked for the room to be cleaned. I returned at 2:30. When I opened the door, the room was still the same as when I checked in that morning: NOT CLEANED. It was a mess, and I had to complain before it was cleaned. The blanket also looked unclean.

Many thanks, sis. The breakfast is okay for that price, but MJs Hotel seems to lack maintenance. One elevator was down from August 4th to August 8th, 2025 🫢😂

padahal saya sudah minta kamar dibersihkan, disampaikan waktu titip kartu tap ke resepsionis (5 Agst, Pagi), tp saat kembali pada skitar jam 14.00, kamar belum juga di bersihkan. KACAU.

The hotel is good for transit with a flight the next day, get breakfast and free drop off to the airport. And for those who want to buy souvenirs, it is very close to the hotel, you only need to walk about 5 minutes. 😊
