The hotel is very easy to access, as it's right on the main road. We arrived late at night, and the staff were very helpful, kindly helping us carry our luggage. Parking is also located in front of our room. Recommended for those looking for a hotel right on the main road.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I just returned here after 10 years. The only thing that has changed is the restaurant, which now seems to be a meeting room area. I stayed in an executive room. The interior is so-so. The bed is comfortable. The Wi-Fi, hot water, and AC are all working. The top panel of the wardrobe is about to come off. The chairs are dirty. The toiletries are incomplete; there's only one set. The other set is empty, having been opened by a previous guest but not refilled. The minibar doesn't function as a freezer; it only cools. The bathtub is okay, just the right size. I used it for a long warm soak. The breakfast was complete and delicious. The restaurant staff are very friendly. The swimming pool is okay, although small, but the kids were happy. There are snacks, food, and drinks available if you get thirsty or hungry while swimming. There's also a children's play area. So far, it's okay for a family stay. Maybe more attention could be paid to the interior and room facilities. The exterior could also be repainted to make it look new.

Stayed on November 15-16 during the weekend. Check in was on time at 2. Because the standard type we booked was full, we were finally upgraded to a superior room for FREE for the Arcadia pavilion we stayed in. So far so good. Just add the Hexos who likes to suddenly get noisy. Oh yeah, the wifi is also very fast in our room. The swimming pool is also a small mosque but it's very clean. Especially the bathroom. Thank you to Nopi who served us well at the reception. God willing, we will come back again next time 😁

At first, I was a bit skeptical because I'd read some reviews on the app. But when I entered the room, it wasn't that bad—it was clean, comfortable, and a good place to rest. There was just one experience that was a bit surprising. I left my room key card inside, so I called the front desk. They said housekeeping would bring it to me. I waited for almost 10 minutes, but no one came for a long time. Finally, I went down to the front desk myself. The front desk said the card had been delivered to the room. When I returned, the door was open, even though I (the guest) wasn't there. I think this is quite risky, because items in the room could go missing if someone broke in. Hopefully, the staff will coordinate better in the future.

The room was clean, the view was great, the staff were friendly, the location was on the side of the road, but the mini fridge and AC weren't cold enough. When I went down for breakfast at 8, the cake and fruit were gone, but they didn't refill them until around 8. I waited for the others, but it was not bad.
