I came to Bali to be on a tour with other teachers. As I get older I find my body doesn’t do well with time zone changes so I usually arrive 2 days early to get my body acclimated. I booked this hotel to catch up on my sleep and I found everything I needed — a comfortable, clean room with excellent air conditioning, friendly staff, delicious breakfast and a great location when I wanted to venture out.

Lovely accommodation and small resort but unfortunately we didn't get to experience what Ubud had to offer as my son was unwell. We chose the accommodation as it was convenient to access the Monkey Sanctuary, palace, market etc but the streets outside are extremely busy. The pharmacy was a few doors away which was helpful. There was also a closely located yoga facility and cooking school.

Gorgeous private villa just off Bisma Road, very central, only noise was from a bar opposite but not every night and only til 10:45pm. We loved the private plunge pool after a hot sticky day sight-seeing. Lovely upstairs lounge with balcony.

The staff were lovely, always happy to help and so friendly, nothing was a problem. We also loved the quiet oasis that our villa was away from the noisy traffic of Ubud. It was so central and easy to walk around but it was very private and quiet. Only small issue was the live music next door on Sat night but it was done by 11pm so didn't disrupt our sleep too much.

We stayed in the villa at the top of the property . Bar across the road plays hard rock until 11pm most nights, it’s like sleeping next to a speaker very loud, The cafe in the morning starts prepping around 6am ..but if your ok with this then it’s a great place to stay or stay in one of the villas past the pool a lot qieter

From the moment I arrived that evening I was in paradise! The walk to reception itself at night is spectacular! Very professional check in and staff was outstanding and accommodating. I enjoyed the beauty of the surrounding as step like a baby! I have already tried to book again but they were sold out. I will definitely return!

Please note that the fan cooled room is 20 m2, not the 45 m2 listed here. The fan cooled room smells mouldy. I cancelled my booking after seeing the room. The staffs were not responsive initially when I told them about the issues. They said that they didn’t put the description of 45m2 online, it was the owner, so it’s not their problem. Expedia Australia is so hard to reach in Indonesia. But at the end I got my refund. It’s been several weeks since my cancellation and they still haven’t changed the description, so I just wanted to leave this review to remind others.
