Several times I stay at this hotel every time to Bali, because the friendly service is nice clean and comfortable. The hotel facilities are nice and fun, the recommendations are the main thing. I was here in 2017 and it was impressive. Now, in 2025, the service has declined. There's no refrigerator in the room or water heater like before. There's also no hotel restaurant.

Actually, for the price, it's pretty good, starting from the clean bathroom, the strategic location, the diligently cleaned pool area, and the friendly staff.
Hopefully, the hotel ceiling will be cleaned more frequently, as there's a lot of dust on it, and the damp hotel pillows should be replaced, as the moldy smell is bothersome while sleeping.

The worst ever. The room smelled terribly, the pillows smelled terribly, the sheets smelled terribly and were stained. I just checked in, but after half an hour I checked out and found a new hotel. It's not livable. It's a waste of money.

Unfortunately, the bathroom smelled musty, and I stayed for a few days but the room was not cleaned even though I had asked for it to be cleaned, after leaving it all day to go out, eh, the room turned out not to have been cleaned and the towels had not been changed.

Budget hotels under 200 thousand... Like hotels priced at 350/400. There's a refrigerator, swimming pool, TV, AC. Clean bathroom... Coffee, tea are free to make whenever you want... It's provided free of charge.

The Wi-Fi was inaccessible, and the water in the toilet and sink was so smelly that it had to be turned on for about 30 minutes. There was no soap, only one sachet of shampoo. The staff were friendly.

for the price of 150 thousand per night in this standard single room, it's really worth it for a stopover, I needed a place to stay after the airport, and the distance is quite close, if you want to go to the Jimbaran area it's close, if you want to go north to the city center it's still safe. So if you're tired from the airport, you can just go straight to Coco De Heaven. maybe the blanket is just too thin and the soundproofing of the room is also lacking because sounds from outside can still be heard, the staff are very friendly and willing to help show you which room and also help explain the technicalities of the room door lock. overall satisfactory, thank you 🙏
