I stayed for two nights and had a very pleasant experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a modern interior that created a comfortable atmosphere. This is my second stay here. The first time was very pleasant. But for some reason, the second time I booked a room, what I got was the same. I had to complain before being moved to the room I booked. The FO seemed to be less focused.

Sorry sir/madam of the hotel, I have to share the truth,,, because this price is not suitable,,, because there are lots of fleas,,, mosquitoes,,, the ceramic floor is cracked, the toilet is cracked, there is gecko droppings,,, the table is all dusty,,, the color of the towels is the same as the doormat,,, the hot water is not normal,,,

The hotel is strategically located 5 km from Malioboro. It's easy to find dining options nearby. The front desk is friendly and helpful. They offer delicious welcome drinks and snacks. Strategic location and close to food stalls/snacks, so you won't get hungry even in the middle of the night. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Weekends offer live music and street food stalls at affordable prices. The breakfast menu is also varied, so you can choose according to your taste. The only downside is the soundproofing from outside the room. There's a swimming pool, though I didn't try it. Overall, this hotel is recommended for vacations or business.

The receptionist was very friendly and allowed me to check out a little late when I requested to check out at 12:30 because I wanted to pray Dhuhr first. As for the soundproofing of the room, I was a bit disturbed by the sound of the bathroom from the next room.

I stayed for one night at Swiss-Belexpress Hotel Yogyakarta and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice and relaxing atmosphere. There was a slight humming noise from the outdoor AC unit, but it wasn’t too disturbing. Breakfast was quite enjoyable with a decent variety of dishes, although some of the food tasted a bit bland. I also noticed a small speck of dirt in the rice, and the soto soup was not served hot. Despite that, the dining area was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was still an enjoyable stay, but I think the food quality and cleanliness could use some improvement.
