The hotel is very clean and comfortable

There are some things that are not okay, such as the button for the upper shower does not work, besides the hot water level is not very good, then the cool box also cannot be used because it is not cold. also the sink is clogged. I stay at 512. Please fix it. overall it is okay for the others.

Access from (and especially to) the basement parking was a bit tricky, but aside from that my stay went smoothly. I arrived late for check-in and the process was hassle-free and very straightforward. The room was great as usual: clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bathroom was spotless, with zero water spots on the shower head and polished fixtures. However, I do feel that the rooms are not soundproofed (don't ask me how I know). Everything about the stay itself was as expected, consistent with my previous experiences. What did surprise me, however, was the breakfast buffet. Swiss-Belhotel has always been my go-to budget option across Indonesia because of their usually reliable and enjoyable breakfast, and I often recommend their in-house restaurants even for late-night meals, because the quality was consistently good. This time, though, the breakfast fell below the standard I associate with Swiss-Bel. The chicken was dry on the outside yet undercooked inside, battered fish was either stiff or chewy, and the salad carrots were cut too thick and hard. These alone I would normally overlook, but one serious issue was that the cooked vegetables on the buffet line had already gone bad — the noticeable acidic-bitter taste within the serving period suggests something went wrong. Temperature might have played a role since several dishes were rather cold. It’s also possible they were prepared too far in advance, or there may have been cross-contamination from serving utensils. There are many contributing factors, but the result was clearly below expectations. This isn’t meant as a complaint, but more of a reminder that issues like these can happen over time and may be worth revisiting. I believe this particular area needs attention, as it doesn’t reflect the usual Swiss-Belhotel standards I’ve experienced here, or even in both of Surabaya, Bandung, and other cities. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but I hope the breakfast quality can return.

Overall, it's okay, but the bathroom is a little lacking, as the shower is a bit difficult to switch modes, and the bidet in the toilet is too slow to operate. Maybe I'm just unlucky.

Hopefully cleanliness will improve, and food hygiene in particular

Spacious, comfortable rooms, close to the mall, clean, friendly staff.

The receptionist was cool and very helpful, the hotel was really cool... Everything was great and the impression was good and satisfying.

Easy access, on the edge of the toll road, so it's easy to go anywhere.

There are lots of patches on the pool floor that can hurt if you step on them, the position of the rope barrier is not right so it's a bit difficult to get down into the pool; I made a mistake booking the Belcourt instead of the hotel because when I searched on the app, the first thing that came up was the Belcourt and the location is actually in the same room, just a different lobby; they had breakfast and the food was delicious.

The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is friendly, and the check-in/out process is easy. There's ample parking.

The hotel is clean and the food is quite varied. A suggestion is that the swimming pool is open until the afternoon.

Overall it's good, only the bath towel needs to be replaced, it's yellow and the edges are torn and hairy.

This is our second time staying here for a few days with the kids and we were very satisfied. The staff were very helpful.

Yesterday, check-in took a bit of time... it took around 60 minutes from reporting to reception until the key was handed over.

The rooms are comfortable. The location is strategically located near the toll gate. The ballroom is large. It's suitable for events or weddings.
