1. Friendly staff. 2. The room is sooo clean. My feet detect no dust on the carpet, no stain on the floor, bath-up, and shower door as well. It is my 1st time to stay on hotel that clean. Keep up the good work! 3. The food 4/5 its a comforting mix of Indonesian, Japanese, and Australian food.

New hotel .. the parking lot is still messy and dirty, mixed with the parking lot of the apartment next door .. The impression of a 5 star in my opinion is still very lacking .. the elevator is hot, on the wall next to the room door there is a fairly large crack .. the room door is like an apartment door in general .. the room is also not soundproof .. I was in the grand deluxe which has a bathtub in my opinion the size of the bathroom for the shower is too small .. the bathtub is also a bit small .. the plus is the water flow is strong .. the hot water is also very steady .. the TV is smart and very big .. the bed is comfortable and big .. breakfast for pastry, bread is delicious .. I tried the soto soup, the soup was not hot .. hopefully it can be improved again ..
