- The number of guests is not permitted to exceed the specified maximum limit of 20 people. All guests who come or stay are counted in the number of guests. If the number of guests exceeds, the Manager has the right not to accept or ask for additional fees for the excess guests - No pets allowed - Provide ID card identity for the duration of the stay - It is prohibited to carry and consume alcohol, drugs, sharp weapons, firearms, gambling, drunkenness and all forms of activities that lead to violations of the law (any form of law violation committed in the Villa area will be reported to the authorities). Comply with Villa Rules. - The villa is only used for overnight stays & is not allowed to be used for events such as parties, contracts, weddings, birthdays, ETC. - No decorations of any kind are permitted in the Villa - It is not permitted to move property or furniture in the villa without permission. - Not allowed to bring sound systems, speakers, & any musical instruments. - Maximum use of outdoor areas such as swimming pools until 18.00 & please be quiet after 21.00 - Maintain the cleanliness of the Villa & the condition of the Villa property. If there is damage & loss of property caused by the tenant, they are required to provide compensation according to the value of the loss. - The number of vehicles is prohibited from exceeding the specified limit Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas. ALL OF THESE RULES HAVE BEEN READ AND AGREED TO BY THE RENTER. MANAGERS HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE & CANCEL RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED IF THESE RULES ARE NOT COMPLIED
