This hotel was located in a very central location close to the train and bus stations. It was also walkable to all the main attractions! The staff were very friendly and helpful from the reception, to the breakfast, to the housekeeper. The breakfast is a must— delicious with lots of options!

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel in Florence. The location couldn’t be better right in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to all the major sights, shops, and restaurants. What really stood out to me was the hospitality. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming from the moment I arrived and went above and beyond by giving me a detailed map of the city, pointing out how to get to key attractions as well as local spots worth visiting. I truly appreciated that personal touch, it made exploring Florence so much easier and more enjoyable.
The room itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I was impressed with how well-kept and clean everything was, and it really added to the overall positive experience.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Between the unbeatable location, the genuine hospitality, and the clean and comfortable rooms, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I had a very good experience during my stay in this hotel. Very clean, staff are very nice and friendly and polite.Rooms are very clean, great showers in the rooms, the breakfast they serve is awesome, they give tiny jam jars to you instead of jam in plastic containers, cut fruits, pancakes, eggs in different varieties, etc. even snacks you can grab to go on your busy walking day ahead! They place a bag of a kind note and tuscany special biscotti at your door on the night before your check out, which was a very nice gesture by them.
Air conditioner in the rooms works well. There are enough power outlets and cloth hangers, the bathroom is well facilitated as well.
The minibar in the room is very good too.

Amazing location, superior comfort bedding, staff were great. The only 2 things I wasn’t really impressed are the intermittent temperature of hot water and acoustic (you can hear next door tv and the slamming door is extremely loud). These 2 things are essential for a good night sleep after out and about all day.

This was by far the best hotel we stayed at over our vacation. The staff from front desk to cleaning staff were helpful, friending, snd responsive. The air conditioning was great. Electrical outlets by the bed, bedding was comfortable. The location was perfect and close to all the major sites and nice restaurants. Highly recommend.
