Good place to stay as a mattress to sleep in. 3 bedrooms, spacious enough. The room is very lovely Located near shin-okubo railway station. Within the neighborhood there are many restaurants. Closed quite late. There are many convenience stores nearby.

Comfortable budget hotel, close to Shin Okubo Station, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, really recommended. Will order this hotel again if you return to Japan.

Great place to stay, close to train. 24 hour access the main door which is good . One thing we find out our room have small hole that you can see through inside the room, not really disturb us as we always back when midnight

Accommodation is close to JR Shin Okubo station, easy to access. But there is no Elevator/Lift for going up/down stair. If travelled with large baggage, we need to take the baggage through walking stair. This hotel is providing Filter Water, Microwave for foods also. I used the Japanese style room, but I found it a little unsatisfy because the small piece of tatami can stick on our cloth if we seat above on it. Clean ok, size room ok.

Great location just a minute away from shin okubo station. Near korea town lots of convenience store and place to eat. I got air conditioner, tv, refrigerator, tatami room with futon and bathroom inside. a simple hotel which is great for backpacker. If I go to Japan again, I'll be staying there.

This is hotel is very nice if you want affordable and experience classic Japanese style living. Stayed for 5 days. Very accessible to two train stations, Yamanote Line and Chuo Line. There are convenience stores, Donki, Drug stores nearby. There is a coin locker nearby also if you are waiting for your check in time. The staff was kind enough to let us check in one hour early. Highly recommend for budget travellers 🙂

This hotel is very convenient and gives a very homey atmosphere. Location wise it is great. Very very close to Shin Okubo station and several convenient stores, fruit&vegetable shops, McDo, and just a few step away from the so-called Korean town. The only thing is that the towels in the room is too small. Other than that, I think this hotel is good enough.

Located just two minutes away from Shinokubo JR station, it’s very convenient to go anywhere. Lots of convenience stores and restaurants in the area too. Good value for money.

Room was small but just enough to spend the night. The water in toilet smells like chlorine, fortunately they provide water dispenser in the kitchen for drinking purposes. The stairs to the kitchen was quite steep.

The location is so close to Shin-okubo Station, just 2 minutes walk. Staff are not really friendly and I personally had problem with the toilet, but recommend if you are looking for a room to sleep at night. Pretty clean and I like the fragrance.
