Amenities are very poor. No tea or coffee. Powerpoints were hidden, they were difficult to use. The room was dark.

It’s a good hotel to stay in for a few nights. I liked how close it was to Hamura station and a few other convenient places. The room was a smoking room, but I don’t think it was deodorized before my stay. There was also a lot of dust on the wall. The walls are really thin too. If they were to dust the walls, spray the rooms with a deodorizer, and maybe use disposable slippers instead of the leather ones, it would be even better. Still a good place to stay for a few days.

Very convenient ... but a bit rough around the edges. Peeling wallpaper in the corridors and the A/C unit in the room was pretty antiquated.

It was very small and quaint. I loved the window and the small nook like area. It was perfect just very dusty, extremely thin walls... I could actually here my neighbor moving around in their bed, and the shower curtains needed to be changed they smelled like urine.

It was a modest and budget-easy hotel with a wonderful staff. They provide umbrellas when it's raining and they have no curfew. You have request cleaning whenever as long as you put the sign on your door before 10am.

Well it too about an hour to get into Tokyo city. Over all it was quiet. They don't let you check in early even if you have been awake over 24hrs and have spent most of that on a plane. I would stay here again if I visited only as I now know how to get here and around the complex train system

This was the second time I stayed at this hotel and the experience was as good as the first time I visited. I was able to book the same room as I had on my first visit which was a plus as I enjoyed the view. The staff was courteous and pleasant as during the first visit. A couple of them even remembered me from my first visit. This is the review from my first stay, all of which remained true this time as well. "The room was very cozy with a decent sized TV, refrigerator, microwave, and desk in it without feeling cramped. The bed was larger than expected and comfortable. The heater worked wonderfully at keeping the room at a pleasant temperature. The bathroom was small, but not enough to be a problem. The staff was polite in all interactions. The vending machines had many different options. There were nearby convenient stores and a pharmacy next to the train station which was only a block away. Only issue with hotel had to do with lack of free parking. There was a nearby pay lot that charged 100 yen per 30 minutes, but for a visitor staying any length of time that was quite expensive. Overall was a great experience and I will attempt to book this hotel again on my next trip. Highly recommend staying here. "
