L stay & grow Minamisunamachi

Minami-Sunamachi Station is the closest to this hotel. About 15 mins. At first, the Google walk was confusing but we watched how the locals navigated the short-cuts to/from the station. There is a 7-11 and a two-storey McDonald's within a 10-minute walk.

This hotel was very much organized, clean and as promised what is listed. Big beds and a sit down area for snacks. Having a microwave would have been a great addition to the room if staying more than a night. Would give a 5 star but the hallway on the 7th floor has a musky smell. (Wet dog)

Pricing and the positioning of this hotel were good. One small issue is the parking facilities does not reserved for the hotel but share with a public coin parking which is inconvenience when the parking lot crowed.

A bit of a walk to reach the hotel, not a lot of restaurants nearby. Overall it was a pretty hotel. Very spacious and clean bathrooms. Would stay here again.

Fantastic value and the cleaniness and in-room amenities are on par with hotels 3-5x the price in most central areas. The location may look a bit out of the way on the map but the proximity to metro station is super convenient. It's a 5 minute walk to the near train station and another 15 min ride you are Nihonbashi basically. There's a mega mall Sunamo just minutes walk from the hotel with a wide range of shopping options & eateries including a food court with >10 stalls. The hotel staff don't speak English but are willing to communicate through translation. The lobby area outside the main lifts has a seat area and there are these L-shaped metal bars by the window with quite sharp corners. Young children may be at risk of hitting their heads. My son came pretty close to hitting his head.

Nothing wrong with the place but nothing special. The location was out of the way and not all that convenient for the subway system.

Clean facilities and friendly staff. Id stay here again.

It is located in the middle of a residential area. Less than 10min. Walk to the subway station. It is a clean and quiet place.

Anytime I visit Tokyo, I try and stay at this hotel. It is about a 25 minute train ride from Tokyo (Otemachi) station and then about a 5 minute walk to the hotel. From the station to the hotel, the walk is through a residential area, so it's quiet and feels safe to walk through, even at night. The facility is clean and provides you with all the essentials. They provide set breakfast meals (for an additional cost) that is totally worth it! You won't leave hungry! The hotel itself is nice, the location is good too, but the thing that keeps me coming back is the hospitality! They are so welcoming AND accommodating! I took a trip in December and then came back in March and the manager remembered me! They made me feel like I was a friend that was coming back to visit haha:) I also had some changes in my itinerary and they did whatever they could help me. I will never forget their kindness. When you think of people going above and beyond, I think about this place. As a solo traveler, safety is key, and the way they treated me, I felt very taken care of. If you want to experience good hospitality, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, I recommend staying at L Stay and Grow Minami Sunamachi. Hope to be back soon!

Calm and quite, located in residential area. Rooms were luxurious and spacious 👍

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff are warm and helpful. It is close to train station, they have a restaurant which offers affordable but delicious food. A good hotel for a good price at the Koto area.

Amazing staff.

I enjoyed this stay so much! It is about five minutes walking to the nearest subway station and then about 25 minutes to Tokyo station. The staff, the facility, and amenities are great! They have everything you need. But I have to highlight their service. We were able to communicate via a translation app and they did everything to help me with my stay. I also had a trip to within Japan get cancelled so I needed a hotel for two more nights. I looked online and it said they were all sold out but when I inquired at the front desk, they were able to accommodate me the two extra nights. Not only is everything clean, the location is good, and the staff exceptional, the price is really good too! I wish I could’ve stayed there longer! But I hope the next time I’m in Tokyo, I’ll be able to stay here again! Thank you L Stay and Grow for a very positive and memorable stay in Tokyo. 🙏
