One of the best hostel I’ve ever stay! Their service were good. They gave me the kit (sleeping pajamas, slippers, toileteries). Room was clean. But the pod was little bit small and hot.

Recommend! Every thing is so so good. Sleep well, comfortable, near the restaurant and JR and subway. Nice staff. Sure I’ll come back again.

I really love staying in here. Capsule hotel that is very clean, tranquil and aesthetically nice. It’s in the “korea town” neighborhood so everything surround this accommodation is korean (like korean food, etc). Its easy to find, and not that far from the station (5-8mins walk). Everything is well prepared by them and this accommodation suits budget traveler who still want comforts and quiet place. They also have desk area where you can work or study.

This the best capsule hotel in Shinjuku. Near from Shin Ukubo and Ukubo Station. Around this hotel are full of food lovers. This Hotel are very cheap and great facility. The Lobby in 8th Floor, for check in must be at 13.00 and Check Out on 10.00. Men and Women has different room and from lobby have different lift. Bathroom at 7th Floor, for capsule bedroom at 3th and 4th floor. The Locker you can open with scan from your ticket and this on the 3th and4th floor too. Their Staff are great, can speak English.. So it's a good for somebody can't speak japanese. It's great to be here.. So come on stay in 9th Hours Shinjuku Hotel.

I would likely to recommend to everyone about this hotel. I stayed only for one night in this hotel but the receptionist were so nice and can speak English fluently. They also very helpful. Clean bedrooms and bathrooms and the lockers were organized well. There is no air conditioner or fan in the pod but it is okay for me.

A very nice place. Futuristic All are effective and efficient. Only the locker area isn't wide so if you open the suitcase, the others can't pass. Male and female floors are separated. Will be a little inconvenient when traveling with a partner. If there is a special floor for mix dorm, you will definitely stay here again.

Very close to the station. The area is crowded, many places to eat. The hotel staff is friendly, all areas are clean. The bathroom is amazingly comfortable. The price is reasonable for my shinjuku area. Will return here again to Japan.
