This was one of the worst serviced apartment I have ever stayed in. When we arrived there were no reception or anyone to meet us. We had to call the listed mobile number on the booking to get in touch with the customer service person. There were no clear signage to indicate where exactly the entrance to the apartment except a couple of security guards who does not speak English and knew nothing of the serviced apartment. The customer service person told us to pick up the key cards in the letter box which was located inside the lobby. We had to ask the security guards to let us in in order to get to the letter box. There was no direction given to get the the apartment and the floor is it on. We had to guess the level it was on and walked around to find it. When we finally found the apartment, there was a foul smell and cigarettes smell inside the apartment and the toilet had foul sewer smell. We had to turn the taps on and flash the toilet many times to get rid of the smell. As we had a wedding to attend to the next morning, I called the customer service person again in the same evening to have a ironing board delivered to the apartment early the next morning. When the morning came no one came to the apartment and we called the mobile and landline many times but no one answered our calls. We ended up iron our clothes on the bed. There were 3 key cards given to us to access the lobby entrance & lift, the apartment entrance, and the car park access. These 3 key cards were put inside a plastic holder which was very difficult to open and close. On one occasion we were inside the lift and needed to get the lift key card to access our floor. As we tried to open the holder, the car park key card fell out and into the lift door floor opening. I called the customer service person and they wanted us to pay for the car park key card but we refused to pay as the card was not lost but merely fell under the inside of the lift shaft. We complaint to the customer service person the key card holder is not a good way to store the keys and the keys should be bundled together with a key chain. Also even though the apartment was serviced daily, there is no way we fan contact the house keeping directly. Every request has to call the customer service person to pass on to the on-site house keeping which takes a long time yo get to the apartment. This was a very very bad experience for us and will never stay at Accord Regency Serviced Apartment ever again, and would not recommend this place to anyone traveling to KK Sabah. Even the building management office does not know of these serviced apartments and the people who manage them. Very bad experience!

The aircond isn't cold. The reason 'we're running out of gas'. Transferred to the other loft with guarantee no other problem. But it remains the same problem.

Spacious apartment. However the owner was not contactable upon checking out. He did not replied the text nor returned the call. So we end up placing the card in the mailbox.
