The hotel's location is very strategic deket with Imbi monorail station, close to the road alor and easy to find food. heaternya water conditions just does not work anymore, a two day stay towels and pillowcases and mattress supports ngak in change-change.

Good service. only instead of the wall of the bedroom walls become less comfortable in privacy

- Family vacation
Cleanliness should be improved, for guests to be more comfortable, and guests should be invited to sit do not be made to wait while standing.
5.4
The air conditioner was damaged and the shower water was broken
9.7
- Backpacking
Quite satisfactory for just overnight. AC cold, clean rooms, jetted, and support for cold and hot water dispenser.

Very friendly reception
Stay for 2nights with my partner in room with window, the reception lobby having a nice wallpaper design and big golden paper horse. ground floor entrance got bad smell like death body which i guess its death rats. overall hotel was good with very friendly reception but not all. The most friendly and helpful i can name here is a Chinese girl name Kah Ee, very nice smile and very2 friendly.

Unprofessional Receptionist
I and my work colleagues book 2 room for 2 night. When we checkin earlier about 12.00, the receptionist said that we can checkin earlier but only available queen bed room. If we want twin bed room, we have to wait till other guest checkout first which only available 1 twin room only. So we confirm that we will take the room and checkin later. So we drop our luggage first. And around 17.00 we go back to hotel and checkin again, but the receptionist said that the twin room that we had already confirmed before, is not available anymore. So disappointed. So, we asked again if tomorrow we would like to change to twin bed room, they said there will be 4 room available tomorrow and make a note for the receptionist tomorrow, that we requeasted change to twin room. But guest what... tomorrow morning we reminder the receptionist about change to twin room, but they said, we dont hv any note from their colleagues.. really bad experience with this hotel. Absolutely not recommended to stay.

A comfy and affordable hotel situated at the heart of KL...
If you coming to Kuala Lumpur, planning to walk or shop at Bukit Bintang area and its surrounding, then do try to stay at this hotel. It's affordable hotel yet it's comfy and I got a spacious room thou without window. Room is clean, spacious and use wood type colour and glittering black (for my rooms). Bed is comfy and so do the pillows. Plenty of power sockets that can cater to charging lots of gadgets. Their targeted customer most probably business traveller or the same. But what the heck..just give a try to stay. Breakfast may not vary in their selections but enough for you to fills your stomach before noon comes. It's located at the heart of Bukit Bintang facing the Lot 10 shopping mall and only few minutes walk to Pavilion and other shopping malls as well. It also near to MRT and monorails' Bukit Bintang station. So you can wonder around KL easily. If i were to choose a hotel to stay in this area, i go foelr WOLO.

Solves the Purpose
Rooms are very small and it is actually very small and I really mean it.Rooms are well set up and every space of it has been fully utilized. If you just want to spend a night , then it is a no frill hotel. Only the best part of this hotel is its location and it is actually the best part. The staff were suspicious and I was really not comfortable with them.

A Bad Dream of a Hotel
Stayed here ten nights as part of a business trip. Rooms were clean and well-serviced, but very badly designed (oversized shower and undersized toilet cubicle; washbasin concealed behind cumbersome sliding wardrobe door). The hotel appears to be a converted office building. Faux-Japanese interior design pretensions: short mattress without base laid directly on hard raised floating floor makes for uncomfortable sleep and even less comfortable getting up (don't stay here if you are over 45 and have back or knee problems). Airconditioning blows directly on bed area all night. Constant piped music in black-themed corridoor is disturbing, as are what appear to be dental hygiene advertisements (blindingly backlit) placed next to the infrequent elevators (Happy, Happy WOLO!!!) The discotheque lobby with the suspended paper mache animals and headless mannequins only adds to the sense of disorientation (no doubt aggravated by the sleepless nights). Lots of people like the novelty aspect of this hotel. I prefer comfort and quiet. I also think that the place is a potential fire trap.
