Cons: the room was ok but the bathroom got unpleasant smell like urine. And the shower part is clogging. Pros: got nice view-housing. Really close to the eateries-family mart/pizza hut/mcdonalds/kfc/lotus market/pelita nasi kandar, grab ride from Sungai Nibong terminal only RM5 (not peak time), weekend got pasar malam in front (chinese).
