Not satisfied at all. Other hotel provide better service for the same amount of money.
- Backpacking
The hotel service was poor. I got one twin room and one double room. I requested towel from the time I check in but they did not provide one. I had to wait at the counter and take it myself. I’m my opinion there are more greater hotels provides better service for the same money or cheaper.
- Backpacking
Quite good with such price. Got breakfast of toast and boiled egg as well. I could also borrow eating utensil when I wanted to eat a take away food at night. The only problem is probably the smell on the pillow. But for others, overall it's ok and I will probably stay there again for my next trip to Malaysia!
- Shopping & Culinary
So bad...because of cleanliness, no facility.
- Backpacking
Location very good but quality not good
- Business travel
Need to improve on the room condition since there is some uneasy smell and the towel and bed sheets should be upgraded to better standard which will pleased the customer.
Good, nice location. Clean and comfort.
- Medical Travel
Slow water supplier, towel not provided until request
- Family vacation

Like a location for a film noir set in the tropics
Staffed by a rogues' gallery of dodgy and unreliable characters, this was a shocking place to stay and felt palpably like a crime hotspot. Grim-faced hookers and touts (selling Lord knows what; I didn't inquire) loitered outside at all hours, adding to the overall sleazy ambience. Tiny rooms, filthy, and hellishly noisy, this is a place to avoid like a bad sexually transmitted disease.

The room looks nothing, NOTHING alike with the pictures. It is like a sad little guest house hiding in alleys and luring customer in with their well-edited photos. If it wasn't a last minute visit I will never stay in hellhole like this! The wall is dirty, we can see footprints all over, the bed sheets and blankets seems like haven't been cleaned in a long time. The air con works well but the air is blow out stinks, like the smell of the corridor, which is full of nasty smell such as urine, semen, etc. The carpet in the corridor is disgusting. There are lizards and cockroaches running around in the room, we had to wear mask to sleep worrying that it will run into our mouth! The shower heater doesn't work all the time. The shampoo dispenser is empty too. The fridge stinks so bad, once we open it we almost threw up, like someone put some rotten stuffs in it for a long period of time. Definitely do not come to this place unless you really don't have any choices left. It is not worth the suffering!

Needs improvements
I stay here about 15 days. Room 37 and 17 okay. Room 6 sucks. All rooms with the hall vent window sucks. No curtains and it's like the light is on. They need to bed spreads, janitorial needs to move bed, refrigerator and chairs and clean under them. Just needs some money spent to make it a nice hostel.

Bed bug and bad ethics
I chose to title my review this due to it being the title of a blog post I wrote about this place. Having travelled the world I understand the standards of budget hotels but seriously clean sheets are expected. Following an infestation of ants into the room I stayed in, I was moved into room 26 which was crawling with bed bugs. As it was too late on in the evening for me to be wandering around KL looking for accommodation, they moved me back into my recently cleaned room which was ready for the next guest. I was horrified to find the same pillow cases and bed throw that I had used for the past 5 days on the bed which confirmed as I suspected that sheets were not being washed. Even more disturbing, I found that they had rented the other room out to an unsuspecting victim dispute knowing that they had bed bugs and me showing them proof of this. On a brighter note, the guys who work here were really friendly and welcoming, but have bad ethics when it comes to cleanliness! When I refused to pay for my last night, they kept my 50 MYR deposit!! AVOID!!!!

Dirty and horrible
You never feel safe and comfortable in this dirty hostel. The location is good so I chose it but the not pleasant environment and weird staff plus the smelly room that did not have a proper water heater ruined my night.
