This 1st stay at hotel no hot water so I can't take a shower before sleep...no WiFi for my iphone and ipad, android sometimes. The receptionist said you can move to another room. I go to that room, no hot water too. I was tired already midnight so give back the key, sleep wait until tomorrow morning technician will fix it... (I still stay at the 1st room she gave me, no hot water, no WiFi)... Morning asking again, another receptionist fast response my problem, give me another room, has hot water but still problem with WiFi. (Ms. Rebecca very helpful), never be back again... Service terrible...

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND This place: 1. Poor management. There was only one personnel in charge of check-in procedures. I was forced to park my car at the lobby. I hurried and insisted that I need to get the parking card immediately. She impatiently replied: "you must check in only you can get the parking card. Please wait." I waited for over 30 minutes just to get 1 family before us to done their check-in. So I must wait while getting questioned by the security for parking the car at the lobby. 2. The unit was not cleaned. When we entered the unit, the unit was not cleaned at all. The trash from previous guest(s) was still there. Used towels. Messy bed. Wide opened shelves. Mind you, I checked in at 4pm; 2 hours later than standard check-in hours yet it was not cleaned. 3. We waited for about 15 minutes. They gave us a new unit. It was a bigger unit. A praise for them on this. 4. The furnishings are dated. The kitchen did not have table cloth. Pretty inconvenient for us as we cooked dinner and breakfast there. Bathtub is badly stained. Power sockets available are very few too. The digital clock was inaccurate. WiFi is not usable. 5. Location-wise is great as it was situated behind Lot 10. Walking distances to Pavilion, sungai wang, fahrenheit 88, monorail/mrt (bukit bintang station) 6. Attitude. We returned our unit keys after checking out. However, their lift requires residence pass to access so we need the security guard to help us access the lift to the parking. We remembered the floor wrongly. As such, we went down again to request for his help. He was impatient then. He was unaware the lift was going down when he got us the lift. Then, the lift reset as it went up again. I explained that the lift was going down and wanted him to help us again. He was irritated and complained to us. We had high expectations as the residence was at a decent 8.1 rating at the time we booked it. First impression at check-in totally ruined our whole experience at this place. It was supposed to be a great day to celebrate anniversary. The customer service and quality of stay is bad. I would not recommend anyone to go here. No 2nd time for me.

In 3D2N staying, I&my family enjoyed stay in this Resident..super Clean and spacious room..staff&guard are nice&ok..if you booking early, sure all will run smooth&nice.. will come again in future..thanks.

I do not like to give bad comments, but below are my 2 cents: 1. Poor management, paid deposit by cash but unable to do refund upon check-out due to no cash in drawer. So they told me will do refund on the next day. No news on the next day and I called back. They are reluctant by telling me their account department has refunded the money but when I checked my bank account no money coming in. A police report will be lodged for cheating. 2. Poor cleanliness, my toilet was jam and stuck and so the staff came to unclog the toilet, after done, there was water spilled over the floors and the staff used a big towel (seems like a shower towel for guest use) to clean up the floors. 3. Toilet design is rather lousy and poor drainage system. Every time after bath, floors will be wet. 4. Most of the furniture and fittings have been wear and tear, pillow is smelly, probably no renovation were done since this property was built. 5. Overall experience is poor.

Room yet ready for guest to check in, long waiting time for checking in. Deposit refund delayed and returned after 1-2 days into your bank account due to reason not enough cash in hand. Will not visit again.
