Room meet expectation. bed comfortable enough to sleep. sofa bed can sleep another 2 pax. no buffet for breakfast. but we can order unlimited whatever in their breakfast menu. don't purchase room package with park entrance as they are having promo rm30/pax regardless adult/child with rm10 food voucher. however, price is not worth it as park not well maintain and nothing special there. need to walk a bit far to enter ecopark.

8.5
Extremely happy with package price and place.
6.1
Bad WiFi speed and bad TV coverage.Cleanliness not good
8.5
An overall pleasure experience. It's affordable and that price meets the experience we had.
6.6
The toilet stinks and full of stains. It's just filthy. This is the worst stay in my life. Breakfast is not up to the standard of a resort. Paid dinner was alright. Parking fee was charged not like other hotel or resort where as a guest it is free of charge.
8.4
Good value. Worth of money paid. Require a little maintenance in the shower.

It Used To Look Better
I was here for a reunion and had booked a suite because it was very affordable. I last stayed here back in 1998 when it was still relatively new. The place still looks nice but it feels old. I don't think much have been done to the rooms since 1998. They still look the same, only worn. Mind you it still is a nice place to bring your family to, food is good, so is the breakfast spread. The staff were friendly and checking in and out were a breeze. But some refurbishing needs to be done. It is sad to see a nice resort being a shadow of its former self.

A nice place that needs a coat of paint
A well laid and thought of place which appears to have let itself go over the years. The rooms (especially the water villas) were very comfortable although the linen seemed to be a bit dusty. Some great views. Food was good but not excellent. Staff though were very friendly and courteous.

Nice Room, Friendly Staff
We arrived at 2 pm, an hour before check-in time of 3 pm. We were hoping that we could check-in early as if we were tired from the long drive. Unfortunately, our room wasn't ready. The parking area for our chalet was cordoned off too because of an event. Thus, we had to park the car far from the hotel lobby. My friend wanted to keep her bicycle in a secured place for her duathlon event the next day. The front-desk staff, Encik Ismail was quite helpful & had told us that the bicycle will be kept in their store room for safekeeping. We had a buggy taking us to our Kampung Air chalet. The driver was very friendly & nice. Our room was clean but the furniture was a little old. I was quite taken by the wood carvings on the ceiling wall, the old fashioned bedside lamps & the fan above our bed. We saw a few bungalow houses facing the resort. One of them belongs to the owner of the resort. But alas, we didn't get a chance to enjoy sitting on the wooden outdoor lounge chairs as it was scorching hot. The mainstream TV channels were not very clear but at least, we had a few channels from Astro satellite TV. The phones were not working. So, we had to call the resort from our handphones. They should have fixed the problem immediately & not lament that it was due to a recent lightning incident. Our bathroom was spacious & the amenities were complete with dental kits. The bathtub opened up to a view of our bed when we opened the wooden windows, giving it a romantic feel. The water pressure was adequate but the shower head should have been changed. Water coming out from the showerhead was dispersed quite haphazardly, making it difficult to have a good shower. And the hand bidet broke on the last day of our stay. Since we left the Hotel at 4 am the next day due to the duathlon event, we had the kitchen staff sent our breakfast to our room at 10:30 am. Unfortunately, when we got back, the food had already turned cold. At our humble request, the kitchen staff reheated them up. The next day was a lot less hectic. Breakfast was sent to our room again. Unfortunately, the food tasted bland but they were at the right temperature. We came to know of a fire show from the notice board in the lobby area. The staff confirmed that the fire show would go on as planned. So, we headed to the said venue & waited. Unfortunately, there wasn’t any. We had waited for a good 30 minutes before we headed back to our room. We were disappointed & agitated as the front desk staff should have informed us about the cancellation since they knew we were at the venue waiting, patiently. My friend & I would come back again only for the purpose of exploring the Hotel’s Theme Park, Ecopark, Waterpark & the Skycycle. We’d also like to participate in the water activities in the near future. We did not have the luxury of time to do so then. Overall, the staffs were a friendly lot. Yet, communication wasn’t very good & some upgrading works should be in the pipelines as the resort looked kind of shabby.

Need To Improve
We had a family day for about 15 person including kids. The room was fair. Need to improve on the cleanest. A lot of mosquitoes during night time. Good breakfast next to the lake. Laksa was good. Located at the food court.
