The room very clean and good service.

Everything is ok except the television. I suggest Burmahtel placed the television in beds area so guest can watch TV while relaxing on bed.

The wifi was not so good, though.

8.9
It is good moment to live there
9.0
Clean and neat, may have the feeling of a hospital but in fact many students and workers live there for easy access to nearby workplaces / hospitals. Friendly service but slow, caused us to have to pay a penalty fee even when we were waiting for our turn to check out.
4.5
bad servis and not save no car park
9.1
All is great, the service is perfect.
8.5
It was good, easy to find restaurant. It is close to the hospital. The room is wide. The problem is only with the electrician. The volt is sometimes going down.

It was so good that i played warframe 24/7
Don't believe the guy that says it is haunted. The truth is they are a good place to hide tennos and play warframe 24/7.Besides they built a ghost town for u to explore in with your dinosaurs from ark survival evolved.

Nightmare. Haunted and unsafe place to stay! Please dont ever try.
Rooms are dirty. Furniture are old and in bad condition. Service staff are rude. Place is haunted. Unsafe even got robbed in the middle of the night. Lousy transportation services from the hotel. Receptionist unfriendly and looks like they are born and raised up from the jungle/5th world country..

Just Average
Stayed here with my family on Chinese New Year. Everywhere else was either fully booked or very highly priced for the peak season. On top of that, it wasn't easy to find a reasonable room that could fit 5 people. So, we settled for this place. First of all, this shouldn't be called a "hotel". More like a motel or a rental. The building looks unimpressive from the outside. The visitors' parking looks ghastly, especially at night. The receptionist wasn't particularly friendly. When they led us to the room, we were sure that we will only stay for a night and cancel the rest of our reservation. The hallway looked badly maintained. We had to walk past an abandoned kitchen that looked nasty. I could see that parts of the building was previously rented out as student accommodation. The elevator was horrible. Water was leaking all over it when we left. There was clearly no fire safety in the establishment. Lots to improve on! But surprisingly, we ended up staying for 4 nights. Why? Because the room was huge. For the price we paid, the size definitely made up for all the shortcomings. Also, because we were out most of the day and only came back to catch up on sleep. It was close to impossible to find another place during Chinese New Year, so we decided that it would make most sense to stay. Will not recommend to anyone, but if you really need a huge room for a big family and have no where else to go, this would be an OKAY choice.

Nightmare
It's not a hotel. It's a slum. I feel like I've cheated as the outlook of the registry is quite okay. But when I moved into the room, I was scared. The way to the room is ghastly and I feel like walking into the jail. Talk about the room. Dusty! I can't stay longer as I have a sensitive nose. Can you imagine that you can wipe a finger-thick of dust on the bedside? I left the hotel on the next day.

Good service but still poor
We got a big room for 5 and stay their 1 night. The room is clean and they let us check out at 1pm (later than normal). However wifi can not reach the room (just in the same floor), location is not really good as well as it's outside George Town. Luckily when we came out of the hotel we met a really good local taxi driver who took us the whole day around Penang and became like a tourguide for us. He was soo humourous and kind, took us to wherever us want and it's convenient since we have 5 and only private car can take more than 4. His name is Francis, phone number: 013 500 2418. Staff atitude is friendly. Choose this if you go in big group and want a good price.
