They have a great bellboy, great room service but the worst receptionist ever. Not all of course. Last receptionist the aunty really warm and seem very nice. But others are sucks. Especially the 1 that wear tudung. The way she talks as if she would want to put up a fight. That bad to the extend i even ask her to stop talking. The 1st day we arrived. While entertaining us, there is 1 guy came asking about pricing, promotion and how to book a room. The guy is annoying enough because he just simply interrupting our check in process, but the most annoying part is the receptionist herself keeps on talking and arguing with him while attending to us. She should politely said to him to wait for queue and attain to his after wars rather making everything seems uncomfortable. on my 3rd day. My friend and I went separate way and she holds the key to the room. When i come back seeking help from front liner (again the same girl) just to open my room (booking was under my name). She replied was so impolite that i asked her to even stop talking. They have problem with the toilet bowl since day 1 we came. But since we have so many things with us and difficult to move to other room at different floor (the only available room) so we choose to stay. We have been very patient with that since uncle doing bellboy job and aunty doing room service was was nice and keep on concern about or toilet situation. Hence, we ignore the part that we have a not functional toilet bowl. But the receptionist is no bad i have to out it here. Sorry cardogan. Clean room, good location, but 1 bad staff. So my review Clean room, clean bed, good bellboy service, good room service, good location. Bad receptionist (1 in particular), not functional toilet (they did offer to switch room so i don't blame them well happen right. Sorry cardogan. Almost great experience with you guys. All the best!

So far.. everything nice. Just the drink that provided at minibar was expired and also the staff calculated the snack price without follow the fix price that they put on the table.
