Pleasant stay, helpful staff. Centrally located golden oldie. But it would be helpful to have a hot water station on every floor or a kettle in room or on request. It would be helpful to visitors especially with small children.

Whenever I went and step in, felt like not going home.though its appearance little bit old building. But the staffs serve really intoxicated my mind. Service amazing with marvelous greeting employee Splendid and rainbows appreciation to Carlton Star.

No hair dryer..water heater not hot..no hot water supply on hotel..lucky still have wifi to use..

I really enjoy to stay here so nice, clean and neat hotel with a big space and affordable price for me as a backpacker and the most I like it to stay in this hotel is the staff of this hotel, tha kakak is so nice, the receptionist so kind and the security guard very helpful, kind, I really like to stay here soon again tq.
