The airport is located just fifteen minutes away from the Cenang Memories Motel. For those who are travelling by car, the only way to cross the Strait of Melaka is by taking the ferry. Ferries from the mainland of Malaysia available at Kuala Kedah and Kuala Perlis jetties. Kuala Kedah jetty is about five hours away from Kuala Lumpur city centre while Kuala Perlis is another hour away. There are two types of ferries available; passengers only or the one that can carry the light vehicles across the strait. The fares are based on per passengers and types of vehicles. The Deluxe Family has a bigger space compared to the Superior Family room. It is RM 151 a night.
