The receptionists were friendly. One thing you should know that beside 10 RM (government tax), hotels in George Town will charge you a little fee called Heritage tax with 2 RM (Quite surprised but not a problem). The room was clean, all the things were white. My room was near the reception on the ground floor, so it was sometimes noisy. The location is very good, on the Chulia street, the food street at night, so I could be easy to find some where to taste the specialties.

Good rate for budget hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Too bad, the housekeeping won't make up room while we go out. Everyday when we enter the room from outside, the room has not been cleaned, actually it has been requested to be cleaned since in the morning.

- Romantic Vacation
service is bad. requesting to check in early but denied, which is understandable. no towel provided till 8p.m after check in time, so i cannot take shower till 8p.m no parking provided as stated. the hotel asked to park anywhere, paid parking and stated that the parking fee can be claimed but however, they give only half of the fee, and the other half must be on guest. never going to stay here again.
