The location is strategies, in front of shopping center and near some of hidden gem of penang culinary. The most oustanding place of the hotel is the room that spacious and clean. I'll comeback here for sure. The gym tools also complete.

All is good and expected, but something wrong about the small fridge, smell really bad. Maybe could check also upon the previous guest check out.

Need go another side hotel counter check in, front desk told me, you stay 3 nights only provide 1 time cleanup room. Terrible.

I feel so disappointed when I check in and go in to the room. Next, the room rate is not acceptable too. I would be back and recommend to my friends or relatives.

2Nights stay. Room is very very small. No toiletries provided, only small soap and wall mounted dispenser, which I have no idea what is inside. 1 towel per person. Bed and pillow are comfy. Lobby closes, check in at Wembly hotel and walk through the back of wembly to cititel 100meter, same building. Low shower pressure. Mini fridge is dirty. Water dispenser at the lobby. View is amazing. TV channels are OK. Wifi is so so sometimes slow. Location is good, close to komtar bus station. Prangin mall has nothing and old, 1st avenue has many restaurant.

Nothing much to expect. This is an upper end budget hotel. Room is small, but clean. Parking-easy peasy, shared with Wembley Hotel. Location-closed to Komtar/1st Avenue and eateries (walking distance).
