I booked a room with a buffet breakfast. Upon check-in, they informed that breakfast is changed to a selection of either Sandwich, nasi lemak, or (i can't remember the other one) which the security will send to guest rooms. The reason is given: hygiene - covid. In general, we are no longer in MCO, and restaurants, hotels, and cafes are back in operation. Feel as if they short-changed customers for their own profit. (i understand this is a budget hotel, but still, they shud at least come up with a better reason).
