Our decision to stay at Armada Hotel was primarily driven by its proximity to our intended destination. We found the room to be generally clean and very spacious, providing ample room to move around comfortably. The water pressure in the bathroom was good, and the air conditioning effectively maintained a refreshing and cool atmosphere. Surprisingly, despite the nearby highway, the room remained quiet. However, one significant drawback was the discomfort of the bed. It was excessively firm to the point where it made it difficult to get a restful night's sleep. This aspect of the accommodation was disappointing and impacted our overall experience. The staff at Armada Hotel were polite and professional, but they did not go above and beyond to create a particularly warm or friendly atmosphere. While their service was satisfactory, it lacked the extra touch that can truly elevate a hotel experience. Although the hotel did offer a laundry service, we were unable to utilize it due to the extended processing time required. As we were staying for a shorter duration, the wait of more than two days was impractical for our needs. The kettle provided in our room was not in working order. This inconvenience forced us to rely on room service for our morning coffee. Regrettably, the service fell short of our expectations. Ordering a simple black coffee (Americano) took over 30 minutes to be delivered, which was quite dissatisfying considering the simplicity of the request. In terms of dining, the food at the hotel was decent but did not stand out. It met our basic needs but didn't leave a lasting impression or offer any remarkable culinary experiences. We haven't tried the breakfast. One notable downside of the hotel 's location was the lack of nearby food options or attractions. Aside from a Decathlon store and a gas station, there was little to explore in the immediate vicinity. Although the Asia Jaya train station was conveniently located within walking distance, we did not utilize it during our stay.
