It has ideal location to take free bus to go around center and reasonable price, otherwise, the room cleanliness needs improving. To sum up, I had good time here and received lots of supports.

I don't expect the room not yet being cleaning before the guest check in
The reception was terrible. I was given a twin while I booked a double room. It was impossible to change so it's fine, no choice, but the person at the reception began to bawl me. Not professional not nice. Better to not do this job if not able to respond correctly to customers and get upset after 15 seconds. I'm not an usual annoying customer, I have never had this kind of problem. Besides there were some rodents passing in the false ceiling, and a little too much roaches for my taste. Defective air con. Anyway, cheap price, good location.
- Family vacation
- Staff is not friendly, special is in the morning. She is easy to get angry and scowl. - These room are too old. The keyhole is in bad situation and the key is fragile. The key was broken when we unlocked the door, then 100 RM are charged for this. - Wifi doesn’t work. I will not come back to this hotel.
- Romantic Vacation
Receptionist girl need to smile a little bit facing to guest , she a little rude , not really friendly , boss hotel need to change new girl better than her , receptionists are face of the hotel , if attitude like that like that customer will find other place to stay. The other thing all good and cheap hotel. If can boss hotel can offer the kettle is the best. Good place to stay here
The hotel is located right at Chinatown. It’s perfect for smart shoppers like me 😁 It’s also very near to Central Market. Commuting is also a breeze since it’s only less than 5 mins to the train station. Room is the same with the pictures.
- Backpacking
The front office service is quite disappointing. They have the most rude woman receptionist I ever met in my whole life. I should get a charge 80 RM and she told me to read the rule of the hotel printed on the table. I felt tired after a long journey and wish that she just explain me what the extra RM 80 for. When I asking why we have to pay RM 80, for deposit or pay what? she (told me her name , but I'm not sure that was her real name) did not explain to me at all, but with her impolite gesture. Later, I know from the printed bill that the extra 80RM are 30RM for the tax and 50RM for deposit. The point is I don't like with her impolite gesture, it looked like she underestimate people. I wish that hotel will hire educated staff for their front office in the near future or at least train them well how to handle and talk the guest as their asset.
- Backpacking
The water supply was cut during my stays. It is not the hotel’s fault but I can’t have a peaceful stay.
- Business travel
Early check-in (which is very common in other hotels around Chinatown KL) is not available in this hotel. The front desk officer is not really friendly although I had stayed here few times before. Water refill is not available anymore. Non-guests can go up freely to the rooms level. Yet sometimes this hotel becomes the cheapest option for private room for two in Chinatown KL.
Worst reception, does not know how to behave with customers... I bet you they're gonna scare you.
- Backpacking
The room has musty smell. However still a good place to live for solo traveler.
