I booked standard double but the hotel upgraded the room to superior double room without any additional payment. Thank you! Room is clean, cozy and comfortable.

Unfortunately the picture shown in the photo is not the one I expected. Especially the TV! omg it was devastated. The tv was like an old 90's not LCD. The room are dirty and the toilet door were broken. The bed were busy and the room wasn't sound proof. Can hear the neighbor sound goodness sake. Car park need to pay if not got saman. Need to improve in everything. I just hope the management just show the actual reality when advertise. All I can accept is only the aircond is new. Well, what you pay what you get. Cheap stay less satisfied. Suitable for those backpackers. Thanks

Upon arrival payment was made for deposit, cash received by the receptionist but no receipt given at all for guess references. Upon check out..returning of the room key, i ask for a receipt for claiming issuance purposes..Guest what the fat male Chinese receptionist said?? We cannot gave you the receipt with an attitude unacceptable and rudest way of explanations given to me. Remember in a hotel line never say no to the guess, event if its impossible, there's a way for you to explain the reasons to the guess in a polite manner way.

The bed in the room was so bad, I can feel the spring when I slept on it. The receptionists were good, but they need to improve their room.

The hotel was average, our first room smell like cigarette (second floor), so we ask the receptionist to change our room since I was asthmatic. Good thing he was considerate and transferred us to a better room (3rd floor). The location was near Aeon mall which was a plus.
