I like the studio room given to me..it was on a new building which consist of everything new. It also includes complete kitchen stuff, washing machine and dryer, and good confortable bed.. the location is also very strategic and easy access.. i personally like their nasi lemak for breakfast.. i even noticed the original building had a face lift and i supposed their old tired rooms should have been refurbished.

Stay with mama
I stayed here with my mom to process papers in KL. it was just ok. Nothing special with the place nor the room. But the location is very good, walking distance to everything. The room is small, there is no KL tower view either. We didnt took the buffet bfast. Check in was kinda slow

Excellent location, right in the midst of everythinhg: shopping, business center, dining, etc. Otehr than that, the experience is underwhelming. Most appliances work most of the time-kind of "best effort" approach: TV, Internet, faucets, elevators, phones, etc. A good sense of humor carries you through the day. You press an elevator button; no light turns on, yet the elevator takes off, full of energy. It is to your desired floor, or will it take you to the top of the building? Alas, you're getting where you wanted to. The light corresponding to the floor button has malfunctioned. Ha ha..Internet crashed twice in three days. Front desk had no clue. Took hours before we got email back. Ha ha.Try to make a call to a local mobile. Won't go through. Operator insists to assist you at 1 Euro per assist. Ha ha.The hotel proudly warns you that major remodeling will occur in August. "Good" you think - "the place sort of needs a face lift". Ah, but this not about the future...it's about August 2014, two month ago. Ha ha. You check out and pay US$100 per day, w/o breakfast (stay away from it) . Ha ha...

Smelly! And so old it's falling apart!
From the lobby you may think its a nice place but beware the rooms have a terrible dank, dead-body-hidden-somewhere, amphetamine sweat smell. Even on the non-smoking floors! Breakfast was a waste of my time and I had to get food from elsewhere. On the plus side rooms were large and clean and it was very central. But oh that smell! Avoid at all costs! My opinion is that they should knock down the building and building someplace nice in its place.
