Very good service and clean hotel. Well maintained and food was delicious. Thank you to Doubletree Team, Mr. Ping Er, Ms. Lean and the whole team that makes feel like home. I even got delicious cookies upon check in and please give me more on my next visit ya 😁.

Great services, hospitality, room & bathroom are clean and nice. Only pillows are too flat as in pictures. The comforter also flat. Kindly change them.

Worst experience staying in hotel ever. Despite being upgraded from king guest room to king deluxe room with balcony, the cleanliness and security are horrible. Balcony glass door cannot be locked, double lock chain was broken as well. These was fixed immediately by the technician. However, this is not up to my expectations. Then, found out the bedsheet and bathroom door having some stain that looks like blood stain. Door frame is having rusty stain as if the overall cleanliness is poorly maintained.

Great hotel. Really recommended. We book triple bed room, but got 1 sofa bed. Room was spacious, Lighting was good. Clean comfy no complaints. Friendly staff. Pool was crowded, there ' s nice fitness centre. Nice hotel overall. We love it.

The stay was OK. But somehow the cleanliness of the bedsheets and room is a bit unsatisfied. The bedsheets have some stain on it and the room smells. Toilet is relatively small and not very user friendly. Breakfast was so so. Not really worth the money paid. Other than that was OK.

Totally unsatisfied their so call 5 star hotel service. Car park charge client. Request red wine glass also charge client service charge, and took more than 1 hours to deliver. And the room quality max can rate 3 star only. Definitely wouldn't go back again.
