(FINE RM 500) ➢ Organic food or WET rubbish should be disposed in an undamaged bag properly tied. ➢ If caught dirtying common area, smoking, loud noise or any event that cause inconvenient the property, penalty will be applied up to RM1000 and instantly remove you from the building. ➢ Being a shared community residency, please do be mindful of our neighbours’ wellbeing. No loud music or partying (NO LOUD VOLUME AFTER 12AM ). ➢ PLEASE TAKE CARE OF THE UNIT AND PROPERTY AS YOUR OWN
