The hotel is outdated and not very well maintained. In need of a serious refurbishment as most of the equipment is old. No WiFi which should be quite common nowadays. Broken lamps and stained bedsheets. However, the service was good and friendly. Location is good for Ayer Keroh area, but getting into town from here requires patience

Nice budget hotel with free breakfast. Good location, nearby Melaka Safari Zoo and Mc Donald, 10 min from marvelous Restoran Tasik Terapung, 30 min Melaka City. Truly worth it for money.

Good for family gathering
Dont expect too much from this resort. Its not bad just that everythings seems to be so basic. The room has no phone,no free bottled water and a bit run down. If you are not picky than the stay would be fine. It is near the melaka zoo and other attractions but you need to walk a bit, okay if you are able but a drag if you dont like long walk. The staffs are friendly and helpful so its a bonus there. Breakfast is pretty malaysian fares with noodles, rice, sausage etc.As mentioned earlier if you are not picky and like quite place this is the place.

Old, run down, terrible breakfast. Stay somewhere else if you can.
I stayed here for one night 12/05 as I was attending my mum’s convocation ceremony at the nearby MITC. This place shouldn’t even be called a resort. Everything is old and run down. I stayed in a room which had 3 single beds which was luckily quite comfortable and did not have any bed bugs. The toilet was small and the shower/heater was decent. My room was overseeing an open field which has random patches of grass. The aircon generator was so loud that I had to sleep with my earphones on along with a pillow covering my ears. Breakfast was Nasi Lemak, fried noodles, bread, kaya spread, baked beans and hot dogs. The tea and coffee was bad. Generally the food really tasted bad. I only managed to eat the hot dogs. Thankfully Mydin Mall was nearby (if you drive) and Subway saved the day. I will not stay in this place in the future even if it was free. Only reason why I stayed here was because my auntie had booked the rooms and I did not want to offend her. Do not be fooled by the “resort” name. It’s a pity that based on all the other reviews over the years, the management took little initiative to improve the place. Personally there are many things that could be done to improve the stay of this place as it has a very relaxed “kampong” feel. Furthermore, it is located along the main road which is just after the toll along the main North-South Highway. Stay somewhere else if you can.

Good stay for travelling night safari and water park.
Good stay and good budget for money. Breakfast also good. There's chalets and rooms nearby swimming pool and restaurant. I stayed in rooms type which was family suite with two single beds and one queen size bed which was two different parts in one big room. You can add in matters also.

Old building
We went for a short visit to Melacca. The location was out of town which was perfect for a calm environment. The check in was smooth the staff advised on the location of our room. There were plenty of shalets, build rooms and finally we saw our room number. The room was not that clean, all old furnitures, noisy AC, bed saw smelly with dust. There was a foul smell throughout the building. Went for the breakfast next day morning, near the pool, oh ya the swimming pool, dont enter the pool, water was not clear and lot of crowd were in the pool in the evening. The breakfast was not having many options. No fried rice, juice etc.

Good value, close to attractions
Breakfast was pretty standard fare..toast with cheap margarine, jam, sausages, fried meehoon, fried rice, coffee and tea. Not too much variety but pretty..basic. Rooms were basic too, and could be cleaner. Location is good, very near to MITIC (Malacca International Trade Convention Centre) and Malacca Zoo.
