Incredible, so cozy, ones of best condo I think. I have a good bathroom with nice bathtub, have a nice pool with a good landscape. near of twin tower and KL tower, easy go to any where cause near from MRT and Bus-stop. it's a great experience for our romantic moment, near from Jalan Nagasari (if you want to hang out or drink some beer or just looking for good food. it's a good tourist spot for night trip).

Lift was under maintenance in our tower and it took forever just to got in the Ground or up to our units. Receptionist was not friendly and not helpful at all, requested to speak to their manager since the day we arrived but only managed to get in touch on the second night of our stay. Our first room was smelly from toilet til the bedroom because of the toilet's drain, AC was not cold enough so we had to turn on the fan plus the AC every night (pissed me off). We complained to the front desk but they ignored it. Finally we got in touch with their manager then they moved us to 2 BR apartment only on the last night. The room wasnt fully ready when we moved in. They didnt provide us small towels. At night, at the kitchen and the 2nd bedroom's bathroom got huge leaking all over the ceiling and it was literally dripping like waterfall. Amazingly ridiculous. I am a regular guest here, have been here many times. I could say that, it was the worst experience I had at E&O Residence. Their service and maintenance went rock bottom, not worth the money you pay. Many other hotels offers same service with more competitive price. Not recommended.

Short but great stay
Great experience from the start, from booking in on arrival to leaving. staff from the hotel reception down to the security guards very helpful and polite. Stayed for 4 days for the Malaysian Grand Prix in a two bedroomed apartment, this proved to be the best choice I have made for a while the standard of the apartment was great and the sheer size was more than ample for two adults.

Fair price for what we paid...
Booked a 2 bedrooms apartment for 5 adults for a night. It has 2.5 half bath which is good if both bathrooms are occupied. It came with full kitchen, washer and dryer. Overall the stay was ok; didn't have much issues with the apartment. The only complaint was the 2nd guest room's toilet smells; couldn't figure out what it is. Had to keep the door closed when not in use. Our apartment is in Tower 2 where the reception is; no view though but definitely quiet. The apartment is spacious, seems clean overall. We used the washer but not sure how clean the clothes were as it didn't seems like there was much water washing it during the entire cycle. Dryer took a while to dry the little amount of laundry. It came with free breakfast for 4. The restaurant is a short walk from Tower 2; won't think it was connected to the hotel if one is walking on the Main Street as there is path from the hotel to the restaurant from the back. Food was ok; wasn't the greatest continental breakfast but enough to get us on the road until noon. It's location is hidden; off a quick sharp left turn, even the locals would miss it and would need to make a big circle to get back to it. Being that it is a little hidden, it is safe and quiet. It is more of private residential feel than a hotel being that they have residential buildings around it that belongs to them. They have a security booth in the front before entering the property that checks the driver's ID to ensure safety. We have free parking but didn't use it since we were dropped off. There is a taxi stand inside the property that can assist to get a cab but they didn't seem to know the price range as those are metered taxis. We Uber it to our destination which was 30mins drive away. Short walk to variety of restaurants, pubs and bars. Walking to the Petronas Towers take 15-20mins. It is about the same distance to Pavillion Mall. As one gets closer to Petronas Towers, traffic and foot traffic gets crowded into the night.

Big apartment... but a tired apartment...
The apartments are well located geographically, 5 minute walk from KL Tower and 15 minute walk from Petronas Towers, with nice grounds and security monitoring what goes on. Check-in was seamless, but be aware there is now a 'Visitor Tax' of MR10 per day which we were not made aware of until we arrived, not a lot I know but I'm not a fan of surprises on holiday...especially when it revolves around money. Up to the room and walking in we were blown away by the size of the suite, big open modern looking living area, a large main bedroom and an en-suite bigger than both my home bathrooms combined! Unfortunately there was only enough comfortable seating for 2 adults, a very odd lounge and a wooden framed chair, not what I would have expected for a suite this size with the ability to sleep 4-5 people. After a few hours we started to notice a few things; the timber flooring had shrunk creating gaps and the edge of the timber could be mean to bare feet, the stone/marble counter tops in the kitchen were stained and marked making them look unclean, the warped floor prevented the washing machine closet door from opening without a fight... on the surface the place looked great but the reality is it's obviously well used but not as well maintained and it wasn't long before it was noticed. The room systems were strange in as much as the the suite has three separate hot water systems and there were multiple switches for the kitchen appliances and sockets, none of which had any instructions for the user... we worked most of it out but here are a couple of tips - each bathroom has it's own water heater and the switch to turn it on is next to the light switch, there are a bank of switches near the kitchen that need flicking on before anything works (as well as the individual switches on sockets) and finally the air conditioning for the lounge appears to turn itself off each day so we ended up checking it was on a few times each day to prevent the room heating up. We had cause to contact reception a number of times for problems in the room; kitchen wall sockets not working, kitchen hot water not working, and ants in the lounge, kitchen and study (I think they had a holiday in my laptop as I was constantly swiping then from my screen). The ant issue was never solved but the other points were addressed. We also had to make comment to reception more than once about housekeeping, on arrival we were short on towels which was an issue again a few days later when we were left one towel for 4 people... I caught housekeeping outside the room and quizzed them on it and was told to sort it out myself by contacting reception! A couple of times they decided to clean the room late in the afternoon, just as we returned from being out all day, not ideal trying to relax at 6pm after a long day with a stranger casually walking around 'cleaning'. At the end of the day, the suite served it's purpose in being somewhere to lay ones head whilst on holiday (oh, the beds are very very hard but the pillows I found great, almost wanted to pinch one). The reception staff were pleasant enough and the concierge chaps were very helpful. The website pictures look glamorous but don't show the detail... would I stay there again? Unsure...

This hotel had the "wow" factor and upon arrival we were blown away especially by the size of the suites and our bathroom. The staff were helpful as there were no instructions for operating the air con or the cooker, so we had to ask. We had no hot water for washing dishes and had the kettle replaced only to find the power point was faulty. The room was "cleaned " but as we did not need the bedding changed, housekeeping didn't make up our beds, which was disappointing. Breakfast was provided at a nearby cafe, which was quite ordinary.

Be aware of the hosekeeping department
Don't specially like to write bad reviews, but after having had some post-emails with the property, I felt they did not care much about us. It is a shame that this property has such an appalling housekeeping department, as location, the building and the room itself are good (although walls need some paint), but if from the 3 elements that define a hospitality venue: CLEAN SAFE AND FUNCTIONING, two are missing, the result is highly negative. SAFE We forgot some objects in the room and they did not really properly insist with checking with the staff twice (sometime staff "suddenly remembers" - from our experience) and here is the reply from the property - after we kindly asked them to check.. "For your kind acknowledgement, E&O Residences Kuala Lumpur will not be liable to any damages or losses caused upon check out. This is to prevent any unnecessary situation in own good self-care when check out."... That is not the point, as that the property is not liable should be clear to any traveler! CLEAN In addition... when we checked in the room was really dirty (glass tables clearly filthy, carpet with crumbles from prior guests and dirty floor - proof is our toddlers running around barefoot had black feet after a while). The second day, the room was just NOT done and we had to call for housekeeping to make a quick fix. Another day, things were also not properly cleaned. Possibly from the worst places we have ever stayed in terms of cleanliness (for the supposed category of the place).
