We got the room with no window. The carpet looked as if it aged 50 years. The breakfast was really bad. They served fried noodles and noodles soup which were tasteless

Good hotel but needs improvement
Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Booked 2 rooms and 1 room was full of cigarette smoke smell. Stayed in the renovated rooms for 2 nights and 1 night in the 3rd floor. Renovated rooms in 5th floor were good, spacious and well thought. Plug points available at strategic locations. Rooms come with breakfast. Breakfast was simple yet nice and satisfying. The two 'kakaks' in the kitchen were efficient. Between them, they kept the food well replenished. Kudos to them both. Morning reception staff could have been better. Should have a Security personnel to guide around the car park. However, room in 3rd floor was a different story all together. Found water puddle in the middle of the room as I walked in. Tap came off in my hand when I wanted to turn it on. Paint in bathroom peeling off. Water stagnant in the sink. To my relief, the flow was slow. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

Rest and Sleep
This is our last stop before going back to KL on folllwing day. Hotel is located middle of Bandar Kluang. Rooms is standard room with bathroom, toiletries, coffee and tea making. Not much to expect, just a place to rest and sleep before continue the journey. Can be improve further in the future. Keep up.

previously knowns as Nagaria inn
It was such a lovely nice cosy hotel when it was called Nagaria Inn. Every few month we would come from KL and live there for a week. But after it changed its management..we stayed there once and were shocked at the deplorable condition..everything is sooooo very terrible, dirty awful smelly..it smell like there was a public dustbin in the room...rotten smell - we took 2 room..both were like that...toilet were very dirty and dare not walk without my slippers it was very dirty and the bedsheet smelled of sweat! awful experience..what a pity from such a nice hotel to this rubbish dump now...

Worst
The amenities in the rooms are falling apart. Not well maintained. We checked in and checked out immediately after looking at the rooms condition. Were informed that the family rooms were unrenovated but we did not expect a room in this condition.

Smelly room
Took a small windowless room. Upon entering the room is fill with smelly gum smell. Breakfast is disappointing as nothing is left on the buffet line by 8:30am. This is a place to stay if you have limited budget and no other place to book in Kluang
