Everything was good. Our only comment was if the person manning the boat can explain a bit on about fireflies before the journey and while in the boat.
8.7
It was a mix experience. Good and the not so good but acceptable. The good: Big chalet with 2 rooms and living hall. Great for family stay with kids. Near to firefly attractions. The jetty just within the resort. We enjoy the boat ride. The not so good experience: Water heater is there but not plug in. It's on higher area so tough for me to try if it's working. So end up not using it. Not sure if it's working. The sink plumbing outlet is leak therefore water flush out and wet the floor area. The management does not allow to cook inside, that is fine, agree it will be smelly and oily, but should allow cooking at the open air cooking area which is there but they don't allow it even for simple food. Others are acceptable for me. Overall, still good experience for me.

Staff are nice. Children had fun time at the swimming pool. Toilet needs a bit of fixing as something is broken. Had some insects in the room when check in. Overall is ok.

- Family vacation
The surrounding of the hotel was fun for kids. there was boat rides to see firefly, the hotel has horse and chickens and birds and pond with fish (but the water in the pond seems in bad condition). The room was very spacious, but too much dim lights made it a bit spooky. Toilet doors didn't have knobs so very difficult to open and close.

The place is a good place for relaxation and offers a good service to enjoy the experience of watching firefly. The staff can speak English and Arabic fluently.
