TV has only local channels, bath towels smell like old rug. Though WiFi is good and accessible to all locations since it’s near to the LRT.

Worst Experience EVER
I have so many issues with this "so-called" hotel, I barely know where to begin. We had booked 5 nights on Hotels.com and paid with my credit card. When we arrived we were told about the RM 50 security deposit and the RM 50 tax (RM 10 per day for 5 days). They wanted the money immediately, but we had not converted all of our money from US dollars to Ringgits. We paid part of the fees with the cash we had, so I asked if I could pay the balance with a credit card and I was rudely told NO, we don't take credit cards. I wondered why because l had paid on line with a credit card. So we asked if we could pay the fees after we exchanged the money. They reluctantly agreed. We went out the next day and exchanged our money and came back to the hotel to pay, walked into the lobby, but no one was at the front desk. We rang the bell but no one answered, so we went up to our room. After about 5 minutes, the power went out. We figured it was some type of brown out so we waited about 15 minutes but nothing happend, so we went down to the desk to see what the problem was. The desk clerk rudely informed us that he had been instructed by the manager to turn off the power to our room because we had not paid the balance of our fees. I was totally flaberghasted and furious. It was 95 degrees outside, and they decided to punish us by turning off the air conditioning and power. This was UNBELIEVABLE AND UNFORGIVEABLE. The room was clean, the first night but it was never cleaned again during the five days we stayed. We even asked the maid one day when we saw her in the hallway and she told us that she would clean it but never did. We planned on staying for a couple months so we asked if we could receive a discounted rate. We wanted to speak to the manager, hoping to get the best rate possible, but he did not have the courtesy to come out and face us. We were told what the discounted rate would be, and we were going to take it, but on the morning we were supposed to check out we were told the that we had to pay for the entire stay up front. We were prepared to pay monthly, but they refused to listen. We could not come up with that amount of cash, so we were stuck with no reservation for the night. The rented us a smaller room for twice the rate. We had no choice but to take it. We went out searching for a new hotel and thankfully, we found a much nicer hotel for a good rate. We paid them for the first month with no problem. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. We are very thankful that we are in a better place, a much better location. I wish I had taken some pictures, but this p.a e was a dump. In the hallway where the elevator was located, hunk was piled to the ceiling. I couldn't believe that the management would allow this to be seen by his guests. Again, this place was terrible, the staff and management were rude, and it was just a very bad experience.

The staff is not that accomodating. Bathrooms are very small but understandable for the low price. Bed sheet is dirty but we ask the staff to change the sheets. Near to lrt station and also to station going to airport.

Good budget option
The room had no window but apart from that it was fine. Clean, tidy, small bathroom but with quite good shower. Nice blanket (they must have listened to other complaint on TA). Internet wasn't great as the staff had too many devices connected. But a good budget option close to a station, cafe and convenience stores.

Room was small, facilities was basic. Staff was ok and guest must deposit for 50 MYR. Blanket was dirty, many stain. I choose this hotel because really near LRT station and just one night in Kuala Lumpur.
