Awful awful awful.
This hotel should not be running. It's a place where people come after being to the city to hook up, we arrived and there was a condom in the bin, really dirty room, NO WIFI, urine everywhere over the bathroom, not clean at. We refused to live there and I will never go back. No key for the room, I wouldn't touch the bed lining ever. We got transferred to the other hotel, which was a bit better, no cleaning though.

Terrible doesnt cut it...
I dont even know where to begin... paper thin walls, holes in the ceiling so you can smell cigarette smoke/fish etc all day, water leaking through the ceiling, mould YUK!! The reception has a party i think? or at least thts what it sounded like so we didnt sleep at all. Complained to expedia manager who contacted the boss so we got moved after one day. If someone paid me £100 to stay here for 1 night I would refuse... DONT do it... trust me youll regret it, this place almost ruined our entire stay!!

Dodgy area
Shame. The guesthouse is located in a back road where the buildings look disgusting. The service was ok, rooms just had the bed in and enough room to walk down the side, the shower on top if the toilet as another poster said. Room was clean enough, but the first 6/8 rooms (where we were) pick up all the noise from reception. This meant being woke up at 3:30am on our first night but a woman crying, yelling, screaming, sobbing etc eye for over half an hour with the police coming out!! Same again the next night except she was just talking ridiculously loud. Location is ok as is walking distance to bukit bintang station. Plenty of places to eat nearby and the Indian on the corner (buffet style) was very cheap and with half decent food. We would not recommend this hotel overall.

You can find much better...
We had looked up another hotel in the area but it happened to be fully-booked, so we found this one on the road and gave it a try. Bad choice! The room was large, even with a bed more than what we needed. There was air-con, but it was not working. So 3 people for the staff came to our room to try to fix it... and they all climbed with their feet on our pillows for this purpose! The biggest problem though was the toilet. It was in the end of the corridor and it seemed ok when we arrived. 3 hours later it was not ok anymore and the morning after was really terrible!! Had we seen it like that at first, we would escape! The guesthouse is in a nightclub area so it is quite noisy and strange people sit around in the night. I didn't feel comfortable when I had to walk to the toilet in my pijiama at 3 a.m. Not at all! The price is ok, but still not cheap enough to justify the poor conditions. The only good point is the view from the window: quite astonishing!
