Cleanliness of the hotel is unbelievably bad. The bedroom walls were mossy and chipped. The bathrooms are very squalid and showernya damaged. Brash receptionist invited us to party out. Strongly recommended! Photos shown nil, very much different from its original condition !!!

based in the center of KL Malaysia.
Its in the tourist spots and not so far from the twin towels. Easy to find. the room is alright if compared to the price that we have stayed. The location is near lots of super markets around and behind that, that's big street food.

Would definitely go back 😊
This was one of the best places i have stayed the owners were a lovely family that would go out of their way to make sure you had a lovely time 👍 will definitely be returning when we next visit Blackpool. The room was very clean and being on the front was a bonus for the views.

They tried, but the facility is AWFUL. DONT DO IT.
I am so sorry to do this because the two gentlemen that run the place did try to appease me and I DID stay four nights (too lazy to trek over somewhere else and the other hotels in area for some price seem, keyword is seem, comparable.) Let me break it down. The first night I had laundry done, which is a nice feature. They lost my laundry (gave it to someone who had laundry done but not even staying at the place). I flipped and went out to cool off for a while, came back planning on apologizing, and that we'll sort things out, but luckily they got it back for me, so okay, fine. Had room 201 2 nights. Bed will creak if you even think of breathing deeply let alone moving or shifting. Has two windows, can see completely through into room at night so you're pretty much exposed all night. People talking outside on balcony, zero sound barrier, and while its cute and I love animals, there is a DEMON CAT that starts moaning around 10 pm and will continue to yowl and fight on the floor or above the room all night. Incidentally I bought cat food for it my last night cause poor thing is probably hungry and would stop crying if it had nothing to cry about. The SMOKING. You can probably guess by my review that I am American, I hate smoking. People smoke everywhere and all day long, lobby AND balcony, and was frustrating to not have a place for fresh air. Smoke seeps thru windows and under doors. Bathrooms pretty gross--but manageable, I was glad for western toilets. Water pressure and heat is decent. Didn't love people stomping above me (walls and floors are less than paper thin) when trying to sleep at 1:30 am. But that didn't matter because firecrackers went off like bombs oveKL at 4 to 4:45 am. In second room (202), a/c splutters water at night over your head, eg like you're being exorcised by the room... First room the outlet covers were comig out of wall... Second room bedding filthy with lots of hair on it... I will say, very good location. Very cheap price. And the two guys were patient with me and I appreciate that they personally are trying their best and are not totally responsible for physical conditions especially as it pertains to noise HVAC etc. But it's not a comfortable stay and if I didn't have a great time seeing the city of KL I would've been really posses at myself.

The less you pay the less you get
Very cheap hostel. Low Standard. Very friendly staff. Value for money. For a few nights acceptable, if you are not too sensitive. (E.g.: door locker from shared bathroom (toilet & shower) out of order. Located in Chinatown, good public transportation.

Very disgusting guesthouse
We made a reservation for the funky town guesthouse for 2 nights before we wanted to go further to the highlands. But we left after one night and lost our money because of following reasons: The reception and the room not at all like shown on the pictures. Not very sympathic reception and strange people hanging out in the "lobby" at arrival. The floor was dirty and remembered of a storeroom with a half drank coffee in a bag lying around. The room was small and dirty (used cotton bud in drawer, plastic cap of a used razor and the toilet lid with a used toilet paper on it lying around in the bathroom, toilet was not clean). The window was completely not tight, so that the room wouldn't get cooler and was very noisy. There was no cupboard or table, nothing but a bed, a bedside locker and a small shelf. There were no towels and only one roll of toilet paper which was wet once and dryed again. Wifi was not working. At night there was a very annoying machine noise. We left unshowered, dirty and sweaty and with one of the worst nights in our memory. There were only two positive points, firstly the man on the reception in the morning. He was very friendly and offered us that we could stay the remaining night when we come back to KL. And secondly that our baggage was not stolen. Never again.
